Since 1977 we have assisted customers to select and install beautiful floors and tile. We treat our customers like Our CSM Family and we work daily to take great care of them. In every phase, from product selection to installation and follow-on service, our goal is to ensure your experience with us is positive – and that you love your CSM flooring and tile!

It is our daily goal to continually add to our CSM Family of highly-satisfied customers by providing them with EXCELLENT PRODUCTS, OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP, and REMARKABLE SERVICE. So, at the end of each day, if our customers aren’t happy, we’re not happy.

A RICH HISTORY


Truth be told, as a family business, from the very beginning we have been committed to providing customers with great products and a great overall experience.


A.C. Jordan opened Carpet Super Mart with his wife Mildred in April of 1977, having already been in the flooring business for many years. The Jordans believed there was a need in the Triad for better service than other retailers were offering and, as it turns out, they were right. The business grew quickly and, in time, was passed on to their children.


In March of 2018, after more than forty years of outstanding success, the Jordan family retired to leave their flooring business legacy to Dr. Mark Watson, a like-minded entrepreneur. Dr. Watson appreciated Carpet Super Mart’s rich history and desired to build on it, but was also acutely aware that most potential customers did not appreciate that Carpet Super Mart did more than just carpet. So, in January 2020, the business was renamed according to its initials to become C.S.M. Flooring, Inc.


And though our brand has changed to better reflect all that we offer, we remain focused on taking care of each and every customer that walks through our showroom door, offering humble service, quality workmanship and, of course, beautiful floors and tile.
